Dispatch: Books will usually be dispatched the next working day. If any items are out of stock we will inform you immediately.

Airmail deliveries outside the UK will be subject to the usual delivery times to your destination, usually three days to two weeks to Europe, and one to three weeks outside Europe. Times vary from country to country.

Refunds: You have a statutory 7 days 'cooling off period' after purchase, in which time, should you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.

If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us, the merchant. 

Tax: The price quoted is inclusive of tax (but there is no tax on the sale of books in the UK)

Privacy: We do not share any information you submit with any third parties. We do not store credit card details. Card transactions are securely processed by Royal Bank of Scotland subsidiary WorldPay. See our privacy page.
